Before you begin, let me just say that I do not reimburse therapy bills.
I hope that you have a warm drink, a good snack, and a cosy spot to curl up in. I always find that my best reading experiences come on days that feel like something out of the books that I love. Rain pattering on the rooftop, gloomy outside so that I don’t feel guilty for not leaving the house that day, with the perfectly curated playlist in the background.
When writing, I always find the right song before starting the scene. I’ll play it on repeat until I’m done, and I try to line up the drop with the tensest moment.
